Suitable for any textile care business

Permatech central dosing systems are particularly reliable. Only first-class components from leading manufacturers and suppliers are used. The materials – for example Teflon or chrome steel – are of high quality and resistant to all chemicals. Industrial-standard PLC controls are used as standard.

Also included in the standard scope of delivery of central dosing systems is an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with overvoltage and lightning protection. Since the lines are rinsed with water after the detergent transport, the risk of detergent leakage in the event of a line break is extremely reduced by the use of central dosing systems.

Only one pump

With conventional systems, a pump and a measuring unit are required for each chemical container.

With Permatech central dosing systems, only a single pump and extremely few components are used, depending on the system and dosing quantity. This makes the systems extremely low-maintenance, space-saving and cost-effective.
