Suitable for any textile care business

Permatech central metering systems are particularly reliable. Only first-class components from leading manufacturers and suppliers are used. The materials – for example, Teflon or chrome steel – are high quality and resistant to all chemicals. Industrial standard PLC controls are used as standard.

An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with overvoltage and lightning protection is also part of the standard scope of delivery of central metering systems. Since the lines are flushed with water after the detergent transport, the risk of detergent leakage in the event of line breakage is extremely reduced by the use of central metering systems.

Only one pump

In conventional systems, one pump and one measuring unit are required for each chemical tank.

Permatech central metering systems use only a single pump and extremely few components , depending on the system and metering volume. This makes the systems extremely low-maintenance, space-saving and cost-effective.
